Lorelle A P Gantt, Ph.D.Lorelle Gantt has worked in the polymers and chemical industry for over 20 years in various leadership and management roles working for several Fortune 100 companies including BP Amoco and Shell Chemical Company. During her industry tenure, she gained key capabilities in technology leadership, industrial marketing, business planning and analysis, marketing and sales management, technology negotiations, technology acquisitions and licensing, organizational shaping, technology and business process development. Lorelle holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Masters of Science degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester (N.Y.).

Lorelle Gantt’s market and customer focused perspective and industry insight in combination with technical knowledge provides a unique perspective for the client base. As an innovative problem solver with an expansive network of industry professionals, she assists her clients with expertise in business and market development, technology and innovation analysis, merger and acquisition support including technology transfer arrangements, and strategy development.

Lorelle serves on the Alumni Advisory Board of Mercersburg Academy (Pa.) and was recently elected to the Advisory Board of the Polymer Textile and Fiber Engineering Department at Georgia Institute of Technology. She is also on the advisory board of iNano Capital Advisors, a research and investment capital firm focused on nanotechnology.

Lorelle is a member of the Commercial Development and Marketing Association, American Chemical Society, and Society of Plastics Engineers. Dr. Gantt is also a Delta Zeta Sorority Alumna and also provides leadership through numerous community service initiatives. She and her husband and two children reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
